Refund Policy


1. Introduction


This Refund Policy applies to all digital courses, memberships, bootcamps, and educational content purchased through the online platform www.sheikhbulafu.com (“the Platform”), owned and operated by Sheikh Bulafu Consultancy – SMC Limited. All purchases are subject to this Policy, so please read it carefully before making any purchase.


2. Digital Content and Non-Tangible Goods


All courses, videos, downloadable materials, memberships, and live sessions hosted on the Platform are digital content and non-tangible goods delivered instantly upon purchase or access. Because of their nature, once access is granted or content is delivered, you may not be eligible for a refund except as expressly set out below.


3. Refund Eligibility


You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

  2. You have not accessed the full course content beyond the introductory materials.

  3. You have not completed or downloaded the majority of course content.

  4. You provide a valid reason for the refund request.


Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You have fully accessed, viewed, downloaded, or completed the course content.

  • You simply change your mind without a substantive reason.

  • You fail to request a refund within the specified period.


4. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@sheikhbulafu.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Transaction/order number

    • Date of purchase

    • Course or membership name

    • Reason for refund request

  2. The support team will respond within 3–5 business days with confirmation and next steps.


5. Assessment and Processing


The Platform will assess your refund request based on access logs and other relevant records to confirm eligibility. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency and method used at the time of purchase.

  • The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

If a refund is denied, you will receive a detailed explanation.


6. Partial Refunds or Credits


In certain situations, the Platform may offer:

  • A partial refund, or

  • A credit toward another course or membership,
    at its discretion instead of a full refund.


7. Membership Subscriptions


Membership plans (e.g., monthly or annual access) are recurring subscriptions. Monthly membership charges are generally non-refundable once invoiced. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support promptly.


8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances


In unique or exceptional cases (such as technical delivery problems, access failures, or platform errors), the Platform may offer refunds or course transfers even outside normal refund windows at its discretion.


9. Changes to Refund Policy


This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Platform.
